CESTO. Pour the hot mixture into the sifted flour. Process the dough, dividing it into 4 parts. Roll out and bake 1 at a time on the inverted side of a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake each slice until golden brown at 180 degrees for about 5-10 minutes, each according to its oven.
