Excellent apple pie from four ingredients.
1.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy and lightly whisk in the flour. Spread the batter into a round cake tin.

Wash the apples, remove the cores, cut them into about eighths and spread them over the dough.
3.
If you like cinnamon you can sprinkle the cut apples lightly at the end.
4.
Bake at 185°C for about 45 minutes.
