Grandma’s cake

4 pcs eggs 200 g granulated sugar 160 g plain flour 1 packet Golden cob 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 packet baking powder 1 packet baking powder 1 handful walnuts (chopped) 1 handful raisins 1 tbsp cocoa 100 ml water 100 ml oil lemon zest

I got this recipe from my mom. Whenever the grandchildren come over, they always ask for it, which makes me very happy. They are always helping me bake and we have a lot of good times baking it. I’m not surprised that we all enjoy it so much afterwards.

Beat the whole eggs with the sugar. Add vanilla. Progressively add water, oil. Beat everything. Stir in flour with baking powder. Finally, add chopped nuts and raisins and lemon zest to the batter.

Grease and flour a bundt tin. Pour half of the batter. Stir the cocoa powder into the other half and pour into the mould.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
4.
Sprinkle the baked cake with icing sugar.
