Pumpkin pie with mascarpone cream

ingredients
3 pcs eggs 165 ml oil 150 g granulated sugar / brown sugar 75 g granulated sugar 300 g pumpkin puree 190 g semi-coarse flour 1 KL baking powder 1/2 KL baking soda to taste gingerbread spices
Cream
250 g Mascarpone 250 ml 33% whipping cream 100 g white chocolate

Suitable for all occasions. We love the smell of gingerbread spice…. and not only at Christmas. It drapes it beautifully flat. The cake is simple yet so yummy!
1.
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, gingerbread spice)

Mix eggs, sugar, oil with a mixer.
3.
Add the loose mixture and finally puree.
4.
Bake at 170°C for about 25 minutes. Depending on the oven.
5.
Let cool. Spread with jam and mascarpone cream.
6.
Cream. Let cool. Whisk mascarpone with whipped cream and add chocolate.
7.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
