Sourdough mother-in-law strudel with cottage cheese

12 tbsp plain flour 1 cube fresh yeast 1 pk egg 1 tsp salt 1 crucible white yoghurt 100 ml oil or butter 500 g lumpy cottage cheese 1 tsp grated lemon peel 2 packets vanilla sugar

Place flour, yeast, salt, yoghurt, oil, eggs in a bowl and work it all out, preferably with your hands

You can let the dough rise or you don’t have to. It is not a condition. Try either way.

Roll out the dough, spread the filling on which mix the cottage cheese, lemon zest and vanilla sugar.

Wrap. Brush with egg. Transfer to a greased baking tray or baking paper.

Bake at 190 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
