Lentil soup with oat flakes

150 g lentils 1/2 pk onion 120 g carrots a little oil 4 pk whole black pepper 4 pk whole allspice pinches salt 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp oatmeal 1 tbsp vegeta pinches ground black pepper 1 tbsp parsley
procedure
1. Pick the lentils, wash, cover with lukewarm water and leave to stand for 2 hours. 2. Chop the onion finely and fry it in the oil together with the grated carrots. Add the strained lentils, whole black and allspice, salt, pour in 1 litre of boiling water. 3. Fry the finely chopped garlic in a little oil, add the flakes and stir fry. Add the flakes to the soup, stir and cook until soft. 4. Season the soup with vegetata, ground black pepper and sprinkle with parsley before serving. The bay leaf can be added only as a garnish.
