20 dkg peas 3 tbsp tomato puree 1 pk onion 1,5 dl cream 2 tbsp oil salt
step
Fry onion in oil, add water or broth, add peas that have been soaked for at least 5 hours. Cook together, rub through a sieve, season with salt, add tomato puree and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Soften the finished soup with cream.
