1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp plain flour 2 pcs bay leaf 6 pcs whole black peppercorns 3 pcs whole allspice 1 pcs onion to taste sea salt to taste dried basil some parsley 1 litre tomato puree some Eidam cheese
procedure
1.
Make a roux from the plain flour and oil, after a while pour water over it and add the medium onion whole, whole black pepper, allspice and bay leaf. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Then add the homemade tomato puree, season with salt, basil and chopped parsley and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve with grated cheese.
