1 pk fish head and giblets 120 g root Vegetable Recipes 20 g onion 20 g lard 20 g semolina flour 20 g semolina 2 dl milk to taste salt,black pepper,green parsley
procedure
Put the cleaned heads and giblets in water and boil.Pour the broth over the chopped Vegetable Recipes and boil them.Make a roux of lard, flour and semolina,add the grated onion,fry,dilute with water,milk and boil with the Vegetable Recipes.Season with salt and pepper and finally add the fried chopped fish and parsley.You can add the toasted bun to the soup.
