Sourdough with sausage

400 g sauerkraut 300 g sausage 1 pk white onion 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp plain flour 40 ml oil a little sweet ground paprika 1 handful of mushrooms to taste caraway seeds to taste ground black pepper to taste salt 2 pk potatoes

1. In the oil, fry the diced onion and cumin. Add the minced paprika and cover with a little water. Add washed sauerkraut to taste, whole sausages pricked with a fork and add water. 2. Cook on a low heat under a lid until the cabbage is soft. Remove the cooked sausages, cut them into rounds and put them back into the soup. Clean and cut the potatoes into cubes and cook separately. Mix the flour in a little water and make a paste, which is then added to the soup through a sieve. 3. Season the soup with salt, pepper and pressed garlic, add the cooked potatoes, let it boil and serve.
