Cream of mushroom

1/4 dkg butter 500 g mushrooms 1/2 litre milk 250 g cream 1 pk onion 1 pk garlic 1 pk mozzarella 1 tsp salt 1 tsp fresh pepper 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp chilli powder
procedure
1. In a saucepan, melt the sliced butter, add the oil. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic and saute 2-4 min in the melted butter. 2. Cut into quarters the sampinoni. Add these to the pot and sauté briefly. Lightly drizzle them with olive oil, salt and pepper, simmer for 5 min on a low heat (the sampions will release their condition). 3. Pour 0,5 l of milk over the simmered sampions. Bring to the boil over a low heat. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Add the cream and stir well. 2 min simmer. 5. Blend in a food processor until creamy. 6. Add the diced mozzarella along with the dried chilli. Mix again.
