Rich vegetable soup

300 g root Vegetable Recipes 2 pcs potatoes 2 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp wild pepper 1 packet cooked rice a little ligurček

1. Clean the root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, parsley, celery) and cut into larger pieces. Put them in a saucepan, cover with about 1,5 l of water, add the wild spices (allspice, bay leaf, whole peppercorns), salt and cook for about 25 minutes. 2. When the Vegetable Recipes have softened, take them out and thicken the broth with flour. Mash the Vegetable Recipes with a fork and put them back in with the diced potatoes and cook for about a quarter of an hour. 3. Towards the end of the boiling time, add the cooked rice and ligurček, let the soup bubble and serve with, for example, a baguette toasted in olive oil.
