Cabbage soup with bacon

500 g cabbage 1 pk onion a little oil 2 cloves garlic 1 litre vegetable broth to taste salt a little ground black pepper 2 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp sour cream 70 g parsley 30 g ground walnuts 30 g walnuts 30 g hard cheese 100 g English bacon

1. Cut the cabbage into thin slices. Chop the onion finely, fry in the oil, add the cabbage, the crushed garlic and fry briefly, stirring constantly. Pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes. 2. Whisk the flour in cold water, add the cream, whisk and stir into the cabbage. 3. Put parsley, nuts in blender, blend, progressively add 2 tbsp oil, grated cheese and blend until smooth. Stir in the soup and bring to a simmer. 4. Cut the bacon into slices and fry until red. Serve the soup topped with the bacon.
