1000 g beef bones 1000 g mutton 500 g root Vegetable Recipes 100 g onion 10 g whole black pepper 20 g allspice 20 g allspice 20 g garlic 30 g salt 150 g g grits 20 g soup seasoning 20 g parsley

1. Wash the bones and meat and boil in 4 l of water. When the water starts to boil, add the Vegetable Recipes, all the spices and salt. 2. Boil the grits separately and put them in the strained soup. 3. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into larger pieces and put in each portion. Finally, add the chopped green parsley. Cut the cooked meat into cubes and put 30 g per portion.
