1. Cut the cleaned carrots, also cut the cleaned potatoes into cubes and fry with the carrots in the fat. Season with salt and pepper, pour hot water over them and bring to the boil. 2. Before serving, season the soup with finely chopped parsley. Serve with, for example, toasted bread.
