8 dl cherry cider 80 g sugar 20 g maizena to taste whole cinnamon, lemon juice
step
Put two thirds of the cider in a container, add sugar, a piece of whole cinnamon and boil.Stir the maizena into the rest and pour into the boiling soup.Simmer for a while,remove the cinnamon,acidify the soup with lemon juice,pour into bowls and serve cold.
