1000 g mutton 20 g dried mushrooms 150 g prunes 2 litres sauerkraut water 100 g plain flour to taste salt to taste vinegar

1. Cook the mutton with the mushrooms. When the meat is soft, add the plums, take the meat out, cut into cubes and put back into the soup. 2. Stir the flour into the sauerkraut water, bring to the boil and add to the soup.
