1000 g beef bones 500 g goose 500 g goose giblets 500 g root Vegetable Recipes 200 g kale 10 g whole black pepper 30 g onion 10 g whole allspice 50 g celery 30 g salt 50 g parsley

1. Put all the ingredients in the quantities indicated into 5 litres of water to boil. 2. When the soup is cooked take out the meat, cut the Vegetable Recipes into cubes and put 50 g of goose giblets on each batch of soup and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
