1000 g carp 1000 g pike 150 g onion 150 g oil 40 g salt 10 g ground pepper 10 g allspice 1/2 liter sour cream 1/2 dl vinegar 1 pk bay leaf 1000 g boiled potatoes
step
1. Cut the fish into 100 g pieces. 2. Chop the onion finely and put in oil, then pour about 2 l of water, add the chopped fish, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cook together for about 10 min. 3. Then cut the potatoes into slices and cook for about 10 min. Add the sour cream and vinegar.
