800 g carp 30 g smoked bacon 30 g lard 50 g onion 100 g red pepper a little ground red pepper to taste salt

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard and rendered bacon. 2. Add minced paprika, chopped carp, sliced red pepper, salt, a little water and simmer. 3. Serve with rice or gnocchi.
