Salmon with pasta in parsley sauce

1 pk lemon 2 tbsp sunflower oil 400 ml vegetable broth 1 KL sugar 1 pinch salt 300 g spaghetti 300 g salmon fillets 1 pinch white ground pepper 4 tbsp chopped parsley

1. Wash the lemon and grate the rind into thin strips. Heat a tablespoon of oil, add the lemon rind strips and sauté for 4 minutes. 2. Pour in the vegetable stock, add the sugar and salt. 3. Boil the pasta in enough salted water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the salmon fillets into larger pieces, season with salt and white pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. 4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the onion and sauté. Add the salmon and sear on all sides. Pour the lemon broth over the salmon. 5. Finally, add the chopped green parsley. Drain the cooked pasta and mix with the sauce. Add the salmon and serve.
