Salmon ragout with cucumbers

1 pk salad cucumber a little dill 500 g salmon fillets 1 pinch lemon juice 1 pinch salt 1 tbsp margarine 100 g sweet cream
procedure
1. Peel the salad cucumber, split in half and cut into pieces. Drizzle the salmon fillets with lemon juice, season with salt and cut into smaller pieces. 2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the cucumber and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the salmon and simmer for another 6 minutes. Add the cream and cook until the ragout has thickened. 3. Season the ragout with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
