6 pcs sardines 1 pinch salt 1 pinch fish seasoning 2 pcs lemon 2 tbsp parsley a little oil
procedure
1. Clean, wash and dry the sardines. Season them with salt, sprinkle with pepper, chopped parsley and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and oil. Let them stand for a while. 2. Then either skewer them on needles or skewers or just place them loosely on the grill. Grill them on a hot grill for about 20 minutes and finally add the sliced or quartered lemons.
