8 pcs pepper sausage Chipolata 500 g mixed lettuce 1 tbsp cane sugar 2 tbsp cress mustard 1/2 pcs lemon 70 ml olive oil
procedure
1. Take the lettuce apart, tear into smaller pieces and dry. 2. In a bowl, whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice, mustard and honey. Fry the sausages outside on the grill or in a grill pan. 3. Toss the salad with the prepared dressing, spread it on plates and place the grilled sausages on top.
