2 pcs pear 80 g gorgonzola 40 g walnuts 4 pcs mozzarella Galbani 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp crushed black peppercorns 4 sprigs tarragon 1 tbsp honey

Interesting grilled appetizer using seasonal fruit – pears. 1. In a grinder, finely chop the nuts and mix them with the gorgonzola and honey. 2. Slice the pears into thin slices. Spread half of them on pieces of foil and a square of baking paper, drizzle with oil, add the drained whole mozzarella, spread with the cheese-nut paste, cover with the remaining pear slices, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with pepper, chopped tarragon and cover with another square of baking paper. 3. Wrap in foil and grill for 5 minutes on each side. gorgonzola and walnuts
