Cabbage and beetroot salad

600 g white cabbage 350 g cooked beetroot 300 g ham to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 KL sugar 125 ml mayonnaise 125 ml Greek yoghurt
step
1. Grate both the cabbage and the beetroot on a grater. Cut the ham into equal slices and add it to the Vegetable Recipes. Mix everything together, season with salt, pepper and sugar. 2. Add the mayonnaise and yoghurt and mix the salad well. Set aside in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
