2 handfuls arugula 2 tbsp olive oil 1 handful parmesan 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice 1 handful cashew nuts 1 clove garlic to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Place arugula, oil, lemon or lime juice, cheese, garlic clove and cashews in a blender. Season the mixture with a little salt and ground black pepper and blend. 2. When the pesto is ready, we can put it in a jar with a lid and refrigerate it. It is suitable for pasta or toasted baguettes.
