30 g powdered sugar 3 pcs egg 160 g semi-coarse flour 380 ml milk 140 g hazelnuts chopped 1/2 KL cinnamon sugar 8 tbsp apricot jam 2 KL honey a little butter
procedure
1. Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar. Stir in the flour and milk and knead into a smooth dough, letting it stand for about 20 minutes. 2. Add the cinnamon sugar, half of the chopped nuts to the batter and bake the batter in hot butter to make golden pancakes on both sides. 3. Brush the cooled pancakes with jam, honey, roll and sprinkle with nuts.
