80 dkg semi-coarse flour 20 dkg plain flour 10 dkg yeast 10 dkg raisins 5 dkg lard 7 dl milk 2 pcs eggs Plum jam,,, ground nuts

The recipe is from my grandmother, in our village this cake was always baked for the wedding feast. It is very tasty and tender.
1.
Add the egg yolks and egg whites separately. Whip the egg whites and the snow. Mix everything together. Let the dough rise.

Then roll out to the thickness of a finger, and cut into squares. Fill with plum jam, then fold squares in half.
3.
Slice the ends with a knife,( when baking they will form like fingers.) Brush the ends with egg and sprinkle with ground nut mixed with sugar.
