Apple pie from grandma

500 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 250 g butter 2 pk eggs 100 g powdered sugar 3 tbsp milk 1 kg apples 100 g granulated sugar 1 packet vanilla pudding cinnamon to taste

My family’s favourite recipe.No matter who bakes it we always say it’s from grandma
1.
From semi-coarse flour,butter,eggs,powdered sugar,milk and baking powder knead the dough and divide into two equal pieces

Make apple filling from apples,sugar,vanilla pudding and crust
3.
Place the rolled out half of the dough on a greased baking sheet and evenly distribute the apples and cover with the other half of the dough.
4.
Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle the cooked cake with cracked sugar
