This cake is suitable for any occasion as its taste is fabulous.
1.
Prepare the filling the day before. Bring the whipped cream and chocolate to the boil, stirring constantly, let cool and refrigerate.

The next day, whip the cooled mixture into a foam and spread it on the cake, which you prepare as follows. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and lightly fold them into the batter.
3.
Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray and bake for about 20-30 minutes at 160°C. At the end you can grate chocolate on top of the filling.
