I finally have more time to share recipes with you. I’ve been trying to eat healthy lately, but I can’t seem to get enough of the sweet stuff. So at least I make a deliciously sweet breakfast in different ways. I really don’t like oatmeal, the kind soaked in milk or other such 🙂 so I try to bake them. So who has the same problem as me, try to make this recipe. And it’s up to you if you want to add fruit or yogurt or nuts with coconut 🙂 I make multiple batches at a time, it lasts 5 days in the fridge. This recipe is for 1 -2 batches, depending on how hungry you are 😉 1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients and heat the oven to 180°C 2. Mix all ingredients except chocolate and banana 3. Cut the banana into rounds 4. and the chocolate into smaller cubes 5. Gently stir the chocolate and banana into the mixture 6. You will end up with this “beautiful” mixture 7. Grease your baking trays with coconut oil. (you can use silicone muffin tins or whatever you have at home suitable for the oven) 8. when we have greased the pans, fill them with the mixture and bake at 180°C for 30-40min (Follow your oven, everyone bakes differently) 9. I also use such mini silicone bundt pans 10. 😉 11. or with nuts
