600 g potatoes 200 g coarse flour 1 pk egg 600 g apricot 50 g sugar 80 g butter 50 g cocoa 80 g cocoa powder sugar to taste salt

Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel, mash, add flour, salt, egg and make a dough. On a floured board, roll it out and cut into equal squares. Wrap an apricot and some sugar in each one. Wrap and boil in salted water. Take out the cooked ones, spread, sprinkle with cocoa and icing sugar.
