400 g potatoes to taste salt 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 20 g butter 20 g plain flour 2,5 dl sour cream 2 pcs egg yolk to taste parsley

1. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, wash them, cut them into cubes and boil them in salted water. 2. Then add the diced potatoes, the roux and boil some more. 3. In a soup bowl, mix the sour cream with the egg yolks and stir in the soup. 4. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
