500 g fresh mushrooms 4 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 2 tbsp mashed potatoes 7.5 dl boiling water to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little sugar 1 cup red wine 1 cup cream
procedure
1. Clean and wash the mushrooms, slice them and saute them in oil with the onion chopped finely. 2. After 10 min add mashed potatoes mixed in boiling water, add salt, pepper, sugar, red wine and simmer on low heat for about 10 min. 3. Before serving, add the cream.
