600 g apple 60 g powdered sugar 1 pk lemon 20 g starch flour

1. Clean the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes, cover with fresh water and lemon juice and leave to stand. Mix the starch meal in a little cold water and leave to stand. 2. Bring the apples to the boil and add the starch meal, boil briefly. Then blend the soup with an immersion blender and leave to cool. Garnish the soup with sliced apples.
