Best pudding dessert I’ve ever had…
1.
Place 200 ml yoghurt in a bowl, add granulated sugar and beat with a mixer. Progressively add the milk, oil, vanillin sugar and lemon zest while stirring with the mixer. Finally, add the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix well with a whisk. Prepare a greased and floured cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm. Pour the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, pour the chocolate milk over the hot sponge and let it soak in.
2.
Prepare the cream. Mix 3 custard powders with 300 ml of water. Put the milk on to heat with 4pl caster sugar. Boil the custard. Remove from the heat. While still hot, break 100g of the cooking chocolate into the pudding and stir with a whisk to melt and combine with the pudding. Spread the custard over the cake shell.
3.
Place the ganache- whipping cream in a saucepan to heat with 200g of the cooking chocolate. Stir until you get a smooth glaze, which you then carefully pour over the custard cream. Leave to cool and set well in the fridge. Overnight is best.
