Oven-baked cinnamon donuts

2 cups plain flour 1.5 cups semolina sugar 2 KL baking powder 1 KL baking powder 1 KL ground cinnamon 1/2 KL salt 2 pk egg 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp melted butter 2 KL vanilla extract
For the coating:
2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the donut tin with oil. 2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, cooled butter and vanilla extract. Stir the two mixtures lightly and knead into a smooth dough to fill the doughnut tin. 3. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes until golden. Let the donuts cool slightly in the tin and remove them carefully. In a bowl, mix the icing sugar with the ground cinnamon and coat the donuts in this mixture while they are still warm.
