1/2 kg tomato 5 tbsp oil 3 pcs egg 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 cloves garlic to taste parsley, salt

Fry the breadcrumbs in oil and add chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes. Simmer until the water from the tomatoes evaporates. Then add the beaten eggs and stir until thickened. Season with salt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
