100 g yellow peas 50 g groats 50 g butter 20 g onion 1 dl sweet cream 1 liter broth 2 pcs egg yolk to taste salt a little ground black pepper 50 g plain flour
procedure
1. Rub the soft-boiled peas through a sieve. 2. Make a roux with the flour and butter, fry the chopped onion in it, pour in the stock and boil well. 3. Cook the grits until soft, strain, add the peas and grits to the soup, bring to the boil and add salt and pepper. 4. Put the egg yolks and cream in a bowl, then add the soup, stir and serve.
