1/4 kg beans 80 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 pk onion 40 g lard 30 g plain flour to taste water to taste salt to taste chopped parsley
procedure
1. Put the beans into boiling water with the chopped Vegetable Recipes and onion. 2. Make a roux from the lard and flour. Pour water over it, add it to the soft beans, add salt and boil together. 3. Finally, add the chopped parsley.
