300 g fresh mushrooms 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 dl white wine 2 tbsp olive oil to taste salt a little ground black pepper a little chopped parsley 1 tbsp sour cream 2 pk carrots

1. Clean, rinse and cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Cut the onion and carrot into smaller cubes and fry in olive oil. 2. Add the mushrooms, crushed garlic and fry briefly, stirring constantly. Pour in a little water, season with salt and cook for about 10 min. 3. Finally, pour in the wine, season with ground black pepper and cook under a lid until tender. 4. Sprinkle the finished soup with parsley pieces. 5. Serve with dry toasted baguette. You can add a spoonful of sour cream.
