Zucchini noodles with tomato sauce

700 g zucchini 1 tbsp oil
sauce
500 g tomatoes 4 cloves garlic 1 pk red onion 1 handful basil 1 KL dried oregano 1/2 KL ground black pepper salt

1. Fry the onion in the oil. 2. Stir in the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, which we fry for a minute and add the sliced garlic. 3. Add chopped fresh basil, season lightly with salt and simmer over a gentle heat for 15 minutes until fully cooked. 4. 5. Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds. Grate the rest with a peeler to form noodles. Put these in a pan with hot oil and fry the noodles for about 5 minutes until the surface is lightly browned. 6. Place the warm noodles on a plate and layer the sauce on top. Garnish with basil and serve. Enjoy!
