600 g beef front meat to taste salt 60 g lard 120 g onion a little cumin 20 g red pepper 200 g potatoes

1. Cut the beef from the shoulder into cubes and season with salt. Put the lard in a frying pan and let the meat stew under a cover. 2. To give it a yellow colour, add sliced onion, cumin, paprika and cover with water. All together simmer. 3. Before finishing, add the cleaned sliced potatoes and finish stewing.
