Chicken rolls with Black Forest ham

4 pcs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) 200 g Ricotta cheese 1 tbsp French mustard 1 handful parsley to taste salt, ground black pepper 8 slices of Black Forest ham 100 ml white wine 100 ml water

Mini rolls of juicy chicken thighs, stuffed with ricotta and wrapped in smoked ham.

Slice the chicken thighs in half (you will get 8 pieces) and lightly batter under food foil.

In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with mustard, chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Brush the chicken cutlets with the prepared cheese mixture, roll into small rolls, and then roll once more in the sliced Black Forest ham.

Place the rolls in a small baking dish, cover with wine and water (1:1) and cover with foil.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for about 10 minutes more.
6.
Serve with roasted potatoes and pickled Vegetable Recipes.
