1.
Wash the chicken thighs. In a bowl, mix the oil and all the spices.

Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and mix well. Place in a baking dish, cover with water. Bake covered for 60 minutes at 200 degrees.
3.
After an hour, uncover and bake until crisp for a further 30 minutes, basting occasionally with water as required.
4.
Serve with rice or roasted potatoes.
