1/3 pk kale 300 g minced meat 1 pk onion 1 pk egg 3 cloves garlic 1 KL minced red pepper 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp starch flour 1 tsp chili pepper to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil
procedure
1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, season it with salt, pepper, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, minced chilli powder, soy sauce and chilli pepper. Finally, mix in the egg and starch meal. 2. Wash the kale, dry it and cut it into thin slices. Progressively shape the mixture into cylinders and skewer them on barbecue skewers or skewers that have been soaked in water beforehand. 3. Brush the rolls with oil and grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
