600 g chicken meat to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 tbsp grill seasoning 2 tbsp oil

1. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into slices. Season with salt, ground black pepper and grill seasoning and drizzle with oil. 2. Progressively skewer the meat with needles or skewers that have been dipped in water. Sear them on both sides on a hot grill and serve.
