Braised parsley mushrooms with egg

500 g fresh mushrooms 1 pk onion 2 handfuls chopped parsley 2 pk egg 1 KL curry powder 1 KL salt 2 pk tomato black ground pepper 1 KL mustard
procedure
1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into marigolds. 2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and chop the parsley finely. 3. Fry the mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and parsley in 1 tbsp oil for about 10 minutes. Then add about 100 ml of water, salt, ground black pepper, 1 KL mustard and curry powder to the mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Finally, add 2 raw eggs, cover the pan and cook over a medium heat until the eggs are cooked on the surface. You can also stir them with the mixture, this will cook them faster and at least thicken the whole mixture. 5. Enjoy!
