Fish spread with boiled potatoes

200 g fish in tomato puree 3 pcs boiled potatoes 100 g spread butter 1 pcs onion

1.
Bone the fish, mash them and their juices with a fork together with the grated boiled potatoes. Progressively stir the mixture into the whisked butter and finely chopped onion.

Serve on slices of bread or with white bread, garnished with tomatoes or peppers.
